Srushti deshmukh, in her third year of engineering is already beginning to prepare for UPSC. While she was graduating and contemplating if pursuing engineering was the best choice for her. It was later discovered that her ideal job would be in civil service and started to focus on it. The parents of her encouraged her to pursue civil rights and get an employment that would benefit the general public. She was driven to be an IAS officer and was committed on that goal. The job required to be an IAS officer takes greater. She used to study her engineering courses and prepare for UPSC while also studying different disciplines. Everyday she carved out time for exam preparation. She spent only one month preparing for the exams and stayed off social media and her social daily life. Her belief is that staying focused only on the work at hand is the key to passing this test. She was extremely committed to passing the exam and put in a lot of deal of effort. Each day she would went through the news to stay updated with the current news. On the internet, she gathered various study materials as well as watched Rajya Sabha TV.
