Sutton Foster, an actor who sings, dances, and performs, has appeared in eleven Broadway shows which include the latest production of Violet. She has also played lead parts on Broadway as a singer, dancer and actor in The Drowsy Chaperone and Little Women. Her Tony Award winning performances include Anything Goes, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and Young Frankenstein. Sutton Foster was the Star Search contestant at the age of 15 and appeared in Bunheads and Psych. She has also been on Sesame Street and Law and Order SVU. Sutton Foster performed as a solo artist across the USA and Internationally together with Michael Rafter. In 2011, she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate degree in the form of an honorary doctorate from Ball State University where she has also been appointed as a tutor and advisor for in the Department of Theatre and Dance.
